Official owner portal access

Contact the management company for your login information for their site. Their contact details are on our home page.

Owner-volunteer portal access

Access is granted per email address. You will have received an email telling you which address to use. If you haven't received that inforrmation, you can submit it on the sign-up page.

Signing in: Go to owners.tollgatehoa.org and sign in with the email address you were given. You do not need a Gmail address — any email address works, and you do not need to create a new account.

If you get a "page not found" error: You are probably signed in to a different Google account. Open the link in a private browsing window, or in a browser where you are signed in with the address you were given.

If you still cannot get in: Reply to the email that gave you your access information. If you no longer have that email, contact the management company using the information on our home page and ask to be put in touch with the volunteer portal administrator.
